We assist the companies seeking to acquire, by absorption or acquisition of a holding, of new shares of market or new competences. We are the advisor in strategy of the purchaser, according to following methods':
- we define together clearly the precise target and the widened target which it aims: nature of activity, establishment, size, which implies a thorough knowledge of its trade and its market;
- we proceed to a thorough matching of the population concerned, and draw up a list of the companies which appear to us to correspond best to the definite criteria;
- we start, with the agreement of the purchaser, the contacts in the order of the jointly defined priorities, with of course the absolute discretion which guarantees our relations;
- we assist it in the negotiation until the "closing".
We advise either French groups eager to carry out an external growth in Europe or Asia, or Chinese investors wishing to acquire participations in European companies.
We play the role of an externalized development team, allowing company management team to devote itself to its tasks.
Once the project is carried out, at the request of our clients, we can assist them in the unfolding and the integreation of the target in their group.
Our know-how consists in convincing the targets to sell, which is not generally their concern, but especially that our client (purchasing) offers the best solution and they do not need to seek elsewhere.
